Emotions are indeed e-motion, energy in motion, which flows through our bodies as a natural response or coping mechanism to external or internal circumstances.
Emotional blockages happen when the flow is interrupted and the energy is somehow blocked from being released out of our system. It can be defined as a barrier or trap created by our mind that blocks us from actually feeling emotions as pure energy in our bodies.
The prime cause of emotional blockages is negative emotions like Bitterness, Resentment, Anger, Guilt, Anxiety, and Sadness. Also, any unfavorable incident of the past can become a blockage in our heart. To heal an emotional blockage, the treatment is focused on both the cognitive and the emotional level because by healing these two dimensions, the behavioral aspect will be healed automatically. Sometimes, additional behavioral changes will be necessary to speed up the recovery process.

Breakfast – It includes one solid item and some fruit salad or fruit juice or shake.
Lunch – It includes pulses, vegetables, rice, chapatti and salad. The food is completely traditional Indian food.
Dinner – It is same as dinner except the fact that efforts are made to make dinner lighter than that given in lunch, as this helps in digestion.
